The directors have been providing management consultancy services to various institutions since 2003, advising on the formulation of long term strategic plans to immediate action plans. We take time to understand the clients' goals, whom we then ethusiatically and closely assist to implement action plans and achieve targets. We are proud of having succeeded in breaking new ground, with a number of successful projects having been seen through to completion. The team at C&C DISCOVERY is closely knit and functions within a very collaborative environment. All team members are highly creative with an eye for detail, committed to assisting corporate organisations to develop brands that stand out from the rest. Each project starts with an in-depth understanding of the client's requirements and every effort is made in order that innovative, value added solutions are delivered in the shortest possible time. Doreen has been providing management consultancy services to various institutions, ranging from the formulation of long term strategic plans to immediate action plans. She is very well versed and has direct personal experience of the various European Union funding programmes available for businesses and NGOs, including research funds, both locally and from central funds. Under her directorship, C&C DISCOVERY offers a bespoke service to clients, helping them identify the funding programme most suitable for their needs, guiding them in the formulation of proposals and advising on project implementation, drafting and submitting funding proposals. She subsequently assists clients in the management of the funding grant and advises clients on the obligations arising therefrom.

Doreen has participated and led in numerous workshops related to the management of EU funded programmes both at European Commission level as well as locally, having at one time headed the Erasmus+ national agency. She was also the lead coordinator of a major ESF funded project undertaken by church schools in Malta and Gozo between 2010-2013, managing a grant of close to €3 Million.

Doreen holds an M.B.A. and has specialsied in marketing strategy. Over the years she has led and/or mentored personnel under her directorship both in her own business as well as in other organisations.

Timothy has been creating marketing management strategies and putting them into play across various companies and client bases for the past four years. He is well versed in the areas of brand and business development. Currently, Timothy is responsible for digital marketing and social media management, with a team of graphic designers working under his direction. He is also partially responsible for helping clients identify the funding programme most suitable for their needs, guiding them in the formulation of proposals and giving advice on project implementation, drafting and submitting funding proposals.

In addition, Timothy is experienced in branding, web design and development, as well as in graphic design. He holds a first degree in Marketing and Management, and an Honours degree in Marketing having particularly specialised in the areas of product differentiation and consumer behaviour. He has also worked on various assignments with some of the top brands on the island, namely, Grant Thornton; The University of Malta; and Elektra Limited just to name a few.

Timothy is also experienced in project management, administration and market research, having been a project administrator and research support assistant for over three years with the University of Malta on a €500,000 EU funded project. He was also a team leader and research assistant on the Youth NEETs project.
